  • The description and the price of any product you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. The currency of the prices will be as shown on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. However you will be advised of any changes to price before you make an order (i.e. when you select an item for purchase and place it in your shopping basket).
  • All products are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the product you have ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product.
  • Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place the order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product.
  • The price of the products and any delivery charges are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise applicable). Postage charges are not included in the price.
  • In the event that delivery outside of the UK is required, Amanda Goldston: is not responsible for any taxes, levies or duties (including without limitation custom duties or import taxes) which may be payable by you after the product has been dispatched or which are payable in the country to where the delivery is made;
  • We are not responsible for any extra taxes, duties and tariffs which may be applied to customers located in United States of America, following laws introduced on 25th August 2025. Where these tariffs are required to be prepaid, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the product sale price. We will make every effort to ensure these are correct but we cannot be held liable or responsible for any extra taxes, tariffs, taxes or levies which may be asked of the buyer on delivery.
  • We strongly recommend that buyers in USA use our store located on the Fine Art America website, which can be found at https://fineartamerica.com/profiles/amanda-goldston/shop as it is our understanding that the products are produced, printed and shipped in the USA, so should not incur additional tariffs. We are not responsible for any extra charges arising from the accuracy or inaccuracy of that understanding.
  • We will make all reasonable efforts to apply the correct postage, however we have no liability for any postage surcharge which may be made; and
  • We have no responsibility for any delays or costs that might occur in relation to actions or omissions of the customs authority, postal delivery service providers or any other authority or agency in the country where delivery of the product takes place.

  • Ordering

When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and correct any errors before placing the order. When you place your order you are making an offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your order.   • Delivery
  • The product you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
  • Every effort will be made to deliver the product as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 30 days of your order. However we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • You will become the owner of the product you ordered and responsible for risk of loss or damage to it once it has been delivered to you.
  • Your Right of Cancellation
  • You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after you have received the product.
  • To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to us by hand or post or e-mail at the address, e-mail shown below, giving details of the product ordered and (where appropriate) of their delivery. We shall be grateful if you would provide us with details of the reason for cancellation.
  • If you exercise the right of cancellation after the product has been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your own cost. The product must be returned to the address shown below in clause 10. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the product is not damaged in the meantime or in transit. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or use a form of postage that can prove that you have posted the product to us. You are not required to return any free gifts supplied to you with the product that you are now returning. We acknowledge that where you are cancelling the purchase of an e-book it cannot be returned to us. Therefore the provisions regarding return of products do not apply in relation to e-books.
  • Once we have received notification that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or recredit you within 30days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product.
  • If you do not return the product as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the product.
  • READINGS – There are NO Refunds on Readings.These are individual and personal and take considerable time and effort to do. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your reading, please advise us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it for you. If you wish to cancel a reading, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to the reading, without incurring a cancellation fee. We will endeavour to re-schedule that reading for you at a mutually convenient time. If you order an email reading, your right of cancellation ceases at the moment we receive any information or questions from you.
  • Applicable Law

These terms of sale and the supply of all products will be subject to English Law, and the English courts will have non- exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

This agreement will not be filed. This agreement and all sales will be concluded in English.
