Action is a crucial step. Action is most effective when it has come as an intuitive insight and come from relaxed creativity and a place of pleasure. Frantic “doing” and “busyness” rarely serves anyone. My next action steps often come during breathwork or meditation and often come as a fully formed, clear plan. Almost like receiving dictation. So I just have to get on and do them. When my action steps are focused and truly in alignment with my desires, things seem to flow easily – I don’t get tired and people and opportunities just show up easily.
