6- Being Section

Desires can often feel like they are outside of us, that they are separate from us and are something we are reaching for. That is not how they show up in our lives.
For a desire to move into reality we have to BE the person who already quite naturally has those desires. We have to live, sleep, walk, think and act as if our desire were already a reality. We have to experience all the feelings in our bodies that we would experience if we already had our desire.

We have to LIVE FROM our desire already being realized, not THINK OF. We have to see the world from the perspective that we already have our desire. This starts in our imagination and then moves into our daily lives.

Walking and Sleeping in the State of the Wish Fulfilled

  • Go through your day, walking, speaking and acting as if your wish was already fulfilled
  • Go to sleep at night feeling Joy, Gratitude, Satisfaction and Accomplishment
  • Use the Lullaby of Thank You, It is Done or Isn’t it Wonderful to fall asleep

Mental Conversations

  • Observe what you are saying to yourself in your head
  • Is it positive, uplifting, supportive of your desires?
  • Are you having mental arguments?
  • Are you being negative about yourself or your dreams?
  • What you say to yourself inside your head is probably more important than what comes out of your mouth
