5- Breath Section

Breath is a hugely important part of each of these steps, especially when it comes to clearing out all the old stuff. The Breathing Technique is an ongoing process of exploration and refinement for me. Neville doesn’t really give precise instructions on how he did the breath – or at least I have not found any to date.

The closest technique I can find to this is 9D Breathwork, where the activating breath is in and out of the mouth , followed by a long inhale and a hold. I am not a breathwork practitioner so I cannot offer any advice or suggestions. Check out for yourself and seek medical advice for you attempt any breathwork.
